Holds produced by Original Flavor LLC are intended for indoor use on appropriate climbing wall structures. Do not wash or get the holds wet. We cannot guarantee the structural integrity of holds due to wood be a natural non man made product. Do not overtighten the holds, overtightening may lead to cracks and or breaking of the hold(s). It is the customers responsibility to use common sense, good judgment and to educate themselves on safe correct use, inspection and installation of all our products.

 

While we attempt to only sell in stock items there may be times where an item is ordered but unable to be fulfilled. In this scenario we will contact you to cancel the order and either refund your order or backorder your item(s). We are a small company and do our best to keep all items in stock. There are many steps involved to create our products and that takes time. We greatly appreciate your patience and your business! If an item is currently out of stock, please check back with us or follow our social media accounts as we often share restoking information on those outlets.

 

We do our best to ship products as soon as possible. While we do attempt to ship same day if possible there will sometimes be a delay of 2-3 days. Shipping information along with tracking details will be sent to the email on file or used during checkout.

 

Refunds will be given for any products that are unused and returned within 30 days of original purchase in new condition including any original packaging. Any sign of use such as but not limited to chalk and or shoe rubber, odors or soiling will void refund. Return shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping to Original Flavor LLC. Original Flavor LLC will not be liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

We will replace and/or refund products against manufacturer defect or breakage to the original buyer for a term of one year from original date of purchase. Due to some product(s) uniqueness we may not be able to replace a defective or broken item with the same item. Store credit or equal value replacement item would be issued in place there of. This limited warranty only protects against breakage due to defects in products. Over tightening, getting them wet, modifying, improper installation, improper cleaning or failure to follow any relevant instructions and normal use and wear are not covered by the warranty and completely voids the warranty. Include a copy of the sales receipt in the box. We recommend using a trackable shipment method with insurance.

Once we receive and inspect your return shipment we will refund your original purchase amount. Refund may take 5-10 business days and will be issued in original form of payment.

Return shipping costs are not covered. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
